Terms of Service

KVM virtual private servers in datacentres in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Los Angeles, with full root access and dedicated IPv4.

Every order is reviewed before provisioning, which typically takes 2–12 hours. If you need a server in sixty seconds, we are the wrong supplier and we would rather you knew that before paying.

• An email address is all we ask for. Keep it reachable — suspension notices and renewal reminders go there, and losing access to it means losing access to your servers.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Enable two-factor authentication.
• We never ask for your password, and we never email you one. Anyone who does is not us.

Prices are quoted in US dollars and settled in USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20. We do not accept cards, and there is no payment processor between us.

• Crypto cannot be charged automatically, so billing runs from an account balance you top up. Renewals are deducted from that balance.
• We credit the amount that actually arrives on-chain. If a network fee is taken off the top, the smaller figure is what lands in your balance.
• Only send USDT to the deposit addresses we give you. Other tokens, or the right token on the wrong chain, cannot be recovered by us or by anyone.
• Account balance is credit toward our services. It is not a deposit account and cannot be withdrawn to a wallet or transferred to another person.

The billing cycle runs on a fixed schedule so there are no surprises:

Topping up at any point before termination settles the invoice and brings a suspended server straight back — no ticket, no reactivation fee.

You can cancel at any time from your console. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the server keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for.

We do not back up your data. Not on suspension, not on termination, not when a reinstall wipes the disk, and not if the underlying hardware fails. Keep your own backups somewhere that is not this server.

We aim for continuous availability and we will tell you honestly when something is broken. We do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits: a number in a contract does not keep a machine running, and we would rather set expectations you can rely on than sell you a percentage.

Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever we have notice of it ourselves. Emergency work in a datacentre does not always come with warning.

Use of our services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement. It explains what is prohibited and why we suspend first and investigate second.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential losses.

This is not us being clever — it is the honest shape of a business where a $11/month server may be running something you value at a great deal more. Insure or replicate accordingly.

If we wind the business down we will give at least 30 days notice and refund unused balance on a pro-rata basis. We put this in writing because it is the reason it is reasonable to keep a balance with us at all.

We will email you at least 14 days before any change that materially affects you. If you do not agree, cancel before it takes effect and we will refund the unused portion of your current period to your balance.
