How this is measured
Every live server is probed from our monitoring network every five minutes. A host that answers — even with a closed port — counts as reachable; only timeouts count against uptime. Figures here are aggregated across every machine in a location, so one customer’s misconfigured firewall does not show up as an outage, and no individual server or IP address is exposed on this page.
