Refunds
Last updated 2026-08-23
Seven days to change your mind on a new server. Refunds go to your account balance, never back to a wallet — the reasoning is in section 2 and it is not there to trap your money.
1Seven-day money back on new servers
If a server is not what you expected, tell us within seven days of it going live and we will refund it in full. One per customer per calendar year — this is meant for genuine mismatches, not a rolling free trial.
After seven days, paid periods are non-refundable. Cancel instead and the server runs until the end of the period you paid for.
2Refunds go to your account balance
We do not send refunds back on-chain.
Three reasons, all of them practical. A mistyped wallet address is unrecoverable and the loss would land on you. Network fees would eat a meaningful slice of a small refund. And sending crypto back out to arbitrary addresses is what a money transmitter does, which is a licence we do not hold and do not want to need.
Balance never expires and covers any future order. If we ever wind the business down, unused balance is refunded pro-rata — that commitment is in section 9 of the Terms.
3What is not refundable
- Any period beyond the first seven days of a new service.
- Setup fees, where a plan charges one.
- Services terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy. If your server was suspended for an attack or for spam, there is no refund — the damage to our IP ranges outlasts your invoice.
- Overpayments sent to a deposit address. These are credited to your balance in full, which is not the same as being refundable.
- Anything other than USDT, or USDT sent on a chain we do not support. We cannot recover it and neither can anyone else.
4If we cannot deliver
Capacity in a given location occasionally runs out between the moment you order and the moment we provision. If we cannot deliver what you paid for within 48 hours we refund the full amount to your balance and tell you what happened. You are not expected to chase us for this.
5How to ask
Open a ticket from your console or email support@coresserver.com with the server IP and one line about what went wrong. Refunds are applied to your balance the same day we agree them.
